Host Rules

General Rules

No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside, in front of, or behind the studio – $150 fine.
Outside Activity: No loitering or activities are permitted outside the studio premises.
Privacy: Do not disturb or cause interruptions to the main house.
Prohibited Items: Use of glitter, confetti, or paint is strictly prohibited.
Equipment Handling: Handle all equipment with care. If using studio lighting, backdrops, or props, please return them to their original location after use.
Video Surveillance: 24-hour video recording and monitoring is in effect throughout the entire property.

Rescheduling

2-Hour Bookings: Same-day rescheduling is not permitted.
3+ Hour Bookings: Must reschedule at least one week in advance.

Overtime

Per our policy, overtime will be billed in 30-minute intervals at the original rate. The space must be vacated, and all brought-in items must be removed by the end of your booking time. Overtime must be requested in advance; otherwise, you may be asked to vacate the property immediately.

Cleaning & Damages

The cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate; however, guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as it was found. We ask that guests respect the venue and tidy up before leaving.

All equipment or rentals brought in must be removed. Please include setup and breakdown time within your booking hours.
Reminder: No glitter, paint, or confetti allowed.

Furniture

Please notify us in advance if you need to move any furniture to accommodate your event or session needs.

Miscellaneous

Music: Music is allowed as long as it is kept at a reasonable volume.
Responsibility: You are responsible for your guests! Loud or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
Wall Care: Do not use nails, screws, staples, or any penetrating objects on the walls. Any tape or adhesives must be properly removed.
Charges: Any damage to walls, floors, furniture, etc., will result in additional repair fees.

Additional Details

All ages are welcome.
Do not move furniture or decor without prior notice.
Smoke machines are permitted.
Artistic nudity is allowed.
Security Cameras: There are cameras and recording devices located both indoors and outdoors. The property is under 24/7 surveillance.
