Studio Policies & Guidelines
To ensure a safe, clean, and seamless creative experience for all guests, please review our studio policies prior to your booking. By reserving Casa Studio, the primary renter agrees to abide by these guidelines and assumes full responsibility for their crew, talent, and guests.
1. General Studio Rules
100% Smoke-Free Property: Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside, in front of, or behind the studio. A $150 fine will be charged for violations.
Respect the Main Residence: Please do not disturb, enter, or cause interruptions to the private main residence on the property. No loitering is permitted in non-designated areas.
Prohibited Materials: The use of glitter, confetti, loose feathers, or wet paint is strictly prohibited inside and outside the studio.
Equipment & Prop Care: Please handle all studio lighting, modifiers, backdrops, and props with care. Return all items to their original location after use.
Guest Conduct & Music: Music is welcome via our sound system as long as it is kept at a reasonable volume. The primary renter is fully responsible for their team and guests; noisy, disruptive, or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated.
2. Booking Hours, Setup & Overtime
Setup & Breakdown Time: Your reserved time includes setup, wardrobe changes, and cleanup. All guests, personal gear, and outside rentals must be completely vacated from the property by the end of your booking window.
Overtime Policy: Need extra time? Overtime must be requested and approved prior to the end of your session to avoid scheduling conflicts. Approved overtime is billed in 30-minute increments at your standard hourly rate. Unapproved late departures may result in being asked to vacate the property immediately.
3. Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & No-Show Policy: All studio bookings require a non-refundable retainer to secure your date and time. Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled session, as well as no-shows, are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
2-Hour Bookings: Same-day rescheduling is not permitted. Rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 48 hours in advance of your session.
Bookings of 3+ Hours Rescheduling: Any rescheduling request must be submitted at least 7 days (1 week) in advance of your scheduled session.
One-Time Courtesy: Bookings may only be rescheduled once, and the new date must be scheduled within 30 days of the original booking.
4. Cleaning, Furniture & Damage Policy
Leave It As You Found It: Basic cleaning is included in your hourly rate; however, guests are expected to tidy up and leave the studio in the same clean condition they found it.
Walls & Floors: Do not use nails, screws, staples, or any penetrating objects on the studio walls or floors. Only painter's or gaffer tape may be used, and all adhesive residue must be completely removed before departure.
Moving Furniture: Do not drag or move studio furniture or heavy decor without prior notice and approval. If you need furniture rearranged for your shoot, please let us know in advance so we can assist you safely.
Damage Liability: The primary renter is financially responsible for any damage caused to studio walls, floors, furniture, backdrops, or lighting equipment during their booking. Repair or replacement costs will be billed directly to the renter.
5. Permitted Uses & Security
All Ages Welcome: Clients, talent, and guests of all ages are welcome on set (minors must be accompanied by an adult).
Special Effects: The use of smoke/fog machines is permitted inside the studio (please notify us prior to use).
No Open Flames: Open flames, lit candles, incense, fireworks, and sparklers are strictly prohibited inside and on the outdoor grounds the studio.
Artistic Nudity: Boudoir and artistic nudity photography are permitted inside the private studio space.
24/7 Security Surveillance: For your safety and equipment protection, the interior common areas and exterior grounds of the property are monitored by 24/7 video surveillance (excluding the private restroom).
6. Capacity & Liability
Maximum Occupancy: Standard hourly rentals allow a maximum of 8 people on the property at one time (including photographers, talent, assistants, and guests). Larger production crews must be approved in advance and may incur an additional fee.
Outdoor Grounds & Weather: Access to our exterior gardens is included as a complimentary bonus with your indoor studio rental and is subject to weather conditions. Refunds will not be issued due to rain or inclement weather.
Liability & Personal Belongings: Casa Studio ATL is not responsible or liable for any personal injury, accidents, or lost, stolen, or damaged personal equipment and belongings occurring on the premises or in the parking areas.
